Educational activities
Despite the dynamic development of the fiduciary services market in Poland, awareness of the sector is still insufficient. This includes knowledge of international tax and legal solutions available primarily within the European Union.
As the oldest company providing fiduciary services in the country, we aim to build awareness and educate about fiduciary activities in Poland. Our educational activities include entrepreneurs, lawyers, law firm employees, law firm associates, investors, financial institutions, government agencies and higher education.
We provide training in tax optimization and the application of fiduciary activities. We are present at major national and international conferences. We prepare commentaries, articles and other factual materials available through the media. We share expert knowledge on changing regulations and the resulting savings opportunities.
We present schemes of international tax planning and their use in Polish business. We emphasize practical solutions to business problems, which we illustrate with proven cases during lectures.
Workshops and lectures
In cooperation with universities, we conduct workshops and lectures. Each year we offer internships for students and graduates of economics, law, management, finance and banking. Participants in internships at Opus Group have the opportunity to learn about the principles of performing fiduciary activities based on the legal and tax systems in Poland and around the world.
We believe that the educational activities of the fiduciary services sector in Poland should address the issue of building the principles of the fiduciary profession, especially the code of ethics.
